Sam Rogg reveals how you can become part of the Peaky Blinders story in a new immersive experience based on the hit TV series.

Everyone’s favourite fictional gangsters have left Birmingham behind as Peaky Blinders Underworld brings Thomas Shelby’s notorious world of secret deals, rival gangs and dangerous missions to the capital.
Based on the award-winning BBC and Netflix series, this official immersive experience begins at the Garrison Tavern, a recreation of the post-World War I pub that became the Shelby family’s unofficial headquarters. Open to everyone, whether you have a ticket to the main experience or not, this themed watering hole sets the scene with live music, drinks and light bites, making it worth arriving early before the story moves beyond the bar.
From the tavern, the experience takes a darker turn as you enter the Underworld, the secret side of the Shelby family empire. Here, you’ll find yourself navigating a world of hidden agendas, shifting alliances and interactive challenges as you attempt to prove your loyalty to the gang. Explore themed locations including Garrison Lane, The Bookies, Chinatown and the Small Heath Fairground, where actor-led encounters introduce new characters, unexpected twists and decisions that will shape your journey.

Like all the best immersive experiences, you’re not simply watching the action unfold – you become part of the story as you follow clues, test your instincts and decide who you can trust in this thrilling network of illegal bookmakers, hustlers and hidden back rooms. Try your hand at classic fairground challenges, place a bet at the family’s underground racetrack and uncover the secrets waiting around every corner. If you prove yourself worthy, you can even leave with a Peaky Blinders ‘tattoo’ – a mark of your initiation into the Underworld.
Created in partnership with the TV show’s creator Steven Knight, this is the first official flagship attraction based on the series. ‘This venue gives fans the opportunity to socially engage with their beloved series through a completely new prism,’ says Knight of the experience, while those new to the Peaky Blinders world can discover plenty to enjoy too.
Located within historic railway arches near London Bridge, the experience also boasts exclusive merchandise inspired by the show’s distinctive style, giving you the chance to take a piece of the action home with you. Whether you’re a long-time fan or jumping into the Peaky Blinders story for the first time, expect loyalties to be tested, alliances to shift and not everything to be as it seems. As Tommy Shelby himself warned: ‘Lies travel faster than the truth’.
