This two-Michelin-Starred restaurant serves West African dishes in St James’ Market.

African Restaurant

Tucked away on a pedestrianised street in St James’s Market, this restaurant may be small and unassuming but don’t let that fool you: it has now earned an impressive two Michelin stars.

It’s named after a wealthy neighbourhood in Lagos, Nigeria, where its two owners met as children.

As the name suggests, it serves contemporary West African dishes such as monkfish curry, plantain and spiced ginger and smoked Jollof rice with aged sheep kebab, served on artisanal ceramics, slate and stone.

Reservations are required and can be made online.
