The prize draw is organised by London Planner, published by The Tourism Media Group (TMG), [Company Number 13311828].

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of The Tourism Media Group and their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the online entry form available via the official London Planner prize draw page and submit their details before the stated closing date. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Promotion Period

The prize draw opens on 31st October 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 31st December 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

Prize

The prize includes:
Two-night stay for 2 at the W London
Dinner for 2 at Sophie’s Soho
Theatre Tokens for 2 at any West End Show
2 x 1-Day Adult London Passes
The prize must be taken within 12 months of the winner being notified, and blackout dates may apply (including Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Bank Holidays).
Travel to and from London is not included.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry. If no response is received within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Publicity

By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw, which may include their name and location being shared on London Planner’s website, newsletter, or social channels.

Data Protection

Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed in accordance with data protection laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available here. Entrants will only receive marketing communications if they have opted in to do so.

General Conditions

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or corrupted due to network, hardware or software failures.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

Liability

The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, injury, damage or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this prize draw or accepting any prize.

Governing Law

The prize draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
