A Summer of Chaos, Comedy and Culinary Excellence at Faulty Towers The Dining Experience

June 11, 2026Lisa Hylton

Few theatre experiences blur the line between performance and participation quite like Faulty Towers The Dining Experience. For more than a decade, audiences have flocked to London’s West End to immerse themselves in the gloriously dysfunctional world of Basil, Sybil and Manuel, where comedy reigns supreme and no dinner service ever goes according to plan.

This summer, there is even more reason to join the fun, with a special Summer Sale offering the first 35 tickets sold for every London performance at just £55, making it the lowest ticket prices of 2026.

A Record-Breaking Interactive Hit

Now in its 14th season and booking through to December 2026, the record-breaking immersive production continues to delight audiences with its unique blend of interactive theatre and dining. Inspired by the legendary BBC sitcom Fawlty Towers, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2025, the show has become the West End’s longest-running stage adaptation, welcoming more than a million guests across 43 countries since its debut in 2008.

The premise remains as wonderfully chaotic as ever. Guests take their seats in the hotel restaurant and are immediately swept into the action as Basil’s exasperation, Sybil’s sharp wit and Manuel’s misunderstandings unfold around them. The highly improvised format means no two performances are ever the same, with audience participation playing a central role in the evening’s entertainment. The result is a hilariously unpredictable experience that places diners at the heart of the comedy.

Yet while mayhem unfolds in the dining room, behind the scenes everything operates with remarkable precision. Unlike a traditional restaurant service, each course must be carefully timed to coincide with key moments in the performance, creating a seamless fusion of theatre and hospitality. It is this unique balance of chaos and coordination that has helped make the show one of London’s most distinctive attractions.

Bringing New Flavour to the Experience

Adding a fresh dimension to the experience this year is the appointment of acclaimed chef Jonathan Bradley as Executive Head Chef at the President Hotel. With a career spanning restaurants, luxury hotels and private dining, including time spent working in kitchens influenced by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Bradley brings a wealth of expertise to the production’s much-loved three-course menu.

Served throughout the show, the nostalgic 1970s-inspired meal has become an integral part of the experience. Under Bradley’s direction, guests can expect a renewed focus on flavour-led British classics, elevated techniques and seasonal ingredients, all delivered while preserving the familiar charm that audiences have come to expect. Bradley, who has also cooked for international stars including Will Smith and the late Patrick Swayze, is already exploring future menu developments, with plans for special celebratory dishes ahead of the show’s milestone anniversary in 2027.

Whether you are introducing visiting friends to one of London’s most unusual attractions, planning a family outing, or simply looking for an evening that combines great entertainment with great food, Faulty Towers The Dining Experience continues to deliver comedy and cuisine in equal measure. More than a dinner, more than a theatre show, it remains one of the capital’s most entertaining nights out—where the service may be faulty, but the experience never is.
