Two restaurants in The Shard have re-opened their doors
Reservations can now be made for Aqua Shard and Hutong for lunch and dinner services.
Aqua Shard offers breathtaking views from the tower’s 31st floor. Its contemporary menu is made up of seasonal British produce. It also serves afternoon tea from 15 July.
Meanwhile, Hutong has views from the 33rd floor. Its menus are inspired by the diverse delicacies of northern China.
The cocktail list also incorporates traditional ingredients to make for unique twists on old favourites. So try the Qin Shi, which features honey infused with Sichuan pepper, or the Old Peking Fashioned. Its star ingredient is Peking duck infused Hennessy cognac!
The View from The Shard, meanwhile, is opening on 1 August.
